New name, new logo
New name, new logo. I already registered my business ten years ago. I called it deVerbeelding (the Imagination). Indeed with a small d and capital V, that’s how I wanted it to be. I made a logo of a wood sculpture, a torso made of apple root wood. Logical, because I made wood sculptures.
I am now 10 years later. I still make wood sculptures, but I do more. Last year I made an effort to see coherence in my work, and I found it. I make art with and in nature. I had a new website built on which my old logo did no longer fit. And I dropped deVerbeelding as a name. My own name is now ‘allowed’, and what I make: Bart Ensing Nature art.
I also made a new logo with some help. A tree from a logo site, my colours added and one of my installations incorporated. Whirling branches, the first installation I made in nature, still one of my favorites. As far as I am concerned, a nice logo that suits me and that fits well on my website.
