Lichtkunst

My light installations create an oasis of tranquility in the vibrant atmosphere of a light festival. By stringing wires between the branches of a tree and the ground, and between trees, a space is created that visitors can walk into. They become part of a play of light reflected on the strings. Some experience the relaxation of a meditative moment, others a fairytale-like effect filled with wonder.
In both cases, the work evokes a connection with the tree and the surrounding nature.
Sometimes, small-scale music or dance performances enhance the contemplative nature of the work.

Besides strings, I also use organza for my light art. It moves in the wind and reflects the light, creating a playful effect.
